Our camps are supported by medical professionals right from your local clinics! We check blood sugars and do carb counts before each meal, and take our insulin before meals. All diabetes care is supervised by our medical teams. We have low stations set up around camp, and low packs carried by each cabin group. Medical staff also does overnight blood sugar checks and treatments at 12 and 3. At camp we strive to have the same standard of care campers would receive at home.
