Camp Phoenix is a scenic, fun-filled, safe environment for children living with type one diabetes to learn and connect with their peers.

Play

We have two sessions in the morning, where campers get to rotate through different experiences with their cabin groups. After lunch is free choice - we have a variety of activities to fit your personal interests! Evening is a camp wide, themed, game. Night time is the best time - Campfire!

Eat

We play a lot, and we eat, A LOT! Campers never go hungry. We have three meals a day, and three snacks. Our dietetic team plans out healthy options that fit our dietary needs. The amazing chef brings their requests to life!

Rest

Campers sleep in cabins based on age groups. Each cabin group has two or more staff sleeping in the room, and Medical Staff make multiple rounds per night to check in. You will certainly sleep soundly at Camp Phoenix!

Friends

One of the best parts of camp is getting to know peers that also live with T1D! You can play and learn alongside children who understand you completely through shared experiences.
